With our introductory care service, we find and introduce you to a live-in carer who you will liaise with and pay directly.
An introductory service is most suited to families who wish to have a more hands on approach to live-in care and a lower price option to our core fully managed service.
This service provides your loved one with a self-employed live-in carer to support them so that they can continue to stay living in the comfort of their own home.

Introducing Our Carers
This service introduces live-in carers who undergo a rigorous registration process including:
• In-depth interview
• Assess oral and written English skills
• ID verification
• Two references are obtained and verified as authentic
• Any training on CV supported by signed certificates
• Enhanced DBS obtained
• Overseas police check obtained if required
• Hobbies and interests of the carer discussed
Costs of our Introductory Care Service
There are two weekly costs with this care service option. Each week, you pay your carer directly and an agency fee to Mumby’s.
