Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for community? We are looking for a freelance Social Media Coordinator to join our team for one day a week.

In this role, you’ll help us bridge the gap between our organization and our incredible carers by:

  • Creating and scheduling engaging content across our social platforms.

  • Designing our monthly newsletter to keep our carers informed and inspired.

  • Occasionally designing eye-catching print ads for local outreach.

The Details:

  • Commitment: 1 day (7.5 – 8 hours) per week.

  • Format: Freelance / Remote-friendly.

  • Key Skills: Canva (or Adobe Suite), social media management, and basic copywriting.

This role is office based, part-time 3-days a week. 

Salary for this role will be the National Minimum Wage.

The responsibilities will include: 

  • Scanning and digitally filing Word documents
  • Creating training certificates from templates following training sessions
  • Printing training materials prior to training, then scanning and digitally filing materials post‑training
  • Supporting the Head of Training on face‑to‑face training days, including photocopying, printing, and organising lunch for trainees
  • Communicating with care staff via email and phone to distribute online training information
  • Tracking and updating care staff training spreadsheets
  • Assigning online learning modules through the digital platform
  • Downloading training certificates from digital platform and saving them in the appropriate folders

This list is not exhaustive and the role may require additional tasks.

Candidates applying should be competent in Excel and Microsoft, with good attention to detail.

Ideally candidates will drive and have their own transport.
