Fully Managed Care Service
Our fully managed live-in care service
From the moment you speak to Mumby’s, our caring team will treat you and your loved one as a member of our family. In our initial chat we will take the time to find out the specific needs and desires of your loved one. We will arrange a no obligation assessment of your loved ones needs ad use all the information to out together a personal care plan.
We will then find the perfect carer for your loved one. All of our carers are carefully chosen and fully
trained with the right professional skills. We take care to choose carers with personal skills such as compassion, respect and a sense of humour. We consider your loved one’s care needs, values, pastimes and outlook on life with the compatible experience, personality and interests of our carers. You receive profiles of our best-matching carers for you to make the final choice.
Each client has a main carer and a support carer to cover time off. Your loved one is never left without care. It is important to us that your loved one enjoys continuity of care. A care manager is allocated and can answer any questions. They liaise with the carers to ensure everything runs smoothly and any changing needs or circumstances are responded to appropriately.
We regularly review each client’s case to maintain the right level of support. We can quickly and flexibly increase our service if needed. We work closely with you and your loved one to make sure everyone is happy.
